Competing since 2002 and being an athlete for over half of my life, I have a great knowledge on everything from weight loss to injury rehabilitation. After graduating in 2004 from the University of Alberta, with a degree in Exercise Rehabilitation and Nutrition, I continued personal training which I began in 2000. In 2006, I was awarded my IFBB Pro Card in Figure after 5 years of serious training and numerous shows. In early of 2007, I was fortunate enough to be offered a sales position with the Canadian supplement company, PVL which has not only enabled me to pursue my personal dreams, but has allowed me to further increase my knowledge on the importance of supplementation and nutrition.

With over 12 shows experience, years of countless trial and error as well as my education, I have many useful tools to offer anyone wishing to achieve a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to educate others on healthier living and how to incorporate healthier choices into your everyday life, to create the life you dream of.

One of my favourite sayings that I will carry always, is this:

“Weight loss and healthier living can be compared to taking a much anticipated trip.... but should you ride your bike or take a chartered jet?"

You know either way you will eventually reach your desitnation. If you ride your bike, it’ll take you a while, you may fall off, get a flat, get bored halfway there, on top of having to take responsibility for the entire journey BY YOURSELF! You might even completely lose the road you mapped out for your journey!

If you take a chartered jet, you’ll reach your destination relatively unscathed, much quicker than had you ridden your bike and the path to getting there was not your responsibility to worry about.

At this time, I am not dieting individuals for contests, but can assist in off-season training. I will also work with individuals working towards reaching specific health and fitness related goals, from weight loss or gain, to overall healthier living

I will design a training program tailored to help you meet your specific goal. The program will be designed around training preferences, goals and training location. Programs can be designed to be done anywhere (gym, home, outdoors) and completed in any length of time.

You can spend countless hours in the gym, but your efforts are futile if you aren’t fueling your body with the correct nutrients. I will design a training program and nutritional plan to reflect your specific goals and will monitor and track your progress. Changes will be made accordingly.
